early riser

It's Friday morning. I'm so awake. Ok, I am yawning a bit. I woke at 6, surprised to have beat the alarm. My mom was taking a shower and the morning stretched into focus. I got up and began the day after playing with my Gena dog for moment. I have a half an hour before I depart so I am cutting this short.

I went NYC last weekend. We saw Dead Can Dance. Now I'm overflowing with inspiration. My art show is in 10 days so it helps.

so its october

October is my favorite month. I love dressing up so Halloween makes me quite jolly.
I got off work early today so I get to work on my art show.
I'm listening to Nientara "Consequence". I gave this CD to Amanda. I'm hanging out with the cats, drinking chocolate silk.
My cat, Mamie, got attacked by something. When cats get bit and it's not major, it absesses and gets all pusy. I had to take her to the emergency vet on Saturday. The gave me a huge break since I worked at a vet with a good reputation that refers to them a lot. It really made me love my job. The break they gave me was to do the very minimal amount of care, knowing I would take her to VCA on monday. It saved me a lot of money. She was totally fine today when I took her to work.
I went to go see Rilo Kiley and Coldplay on Thursday night. Sean surprised me with tickets. We got there late so I missed most of Rilo Kiley's set. That bummed me out since I LOVE THEM. Coldplay won my heart though. They had a amazing live show. I knew a lot more songs of theirs then I thought. Plus being there with Sean ruled. We met up with his brother and future sister in law. They were great company.
